Creating an exceptional Sunday Roast is no small task but we have our expert chefs. Served with all the trimmings, choose from Sunday Roast favourites including our Buxton’s Dry Aged Beef Rump, Slow Roasted Porchetta, Butternut Squash Nut Roast and even a Little Ox Roast Dinner for little ones.
Our Sunday Roasts are available alongside our a la carte menu every Sunday.
For many years the Sunday roast has been an Ox stalwart since we opened over 10 years ago.
Our meats are cooked first on real charcoal and finished in the oven. All of our roasts are loaded with our classic trimmings: crispy potatoes, roast carrots, braised red cabbage, leaks & greens and fluffy yet crispy gigantic Yorkshire puddings!
We also have vegetarians covered with our homemade butternut squash nut roast with lashings of vegetarian gravy.
The sharing roast menu features our favourite meats – 10oz charcoal roasted Beef Sirloin and Porchetta with roast bone marrow with onions and parmesan. Or you can go big with a 30oz T-Bone / Bone in Rib Beef with house horseradish.
