A day at the races requires stamina, so between the 15th – 18th March The Ox Cheltenham will be celebrating the Cheltenham Festival and the Gold Cup by ensuring you fine folk are well fed with our fabulous Champion’s Brunch!
Served from 9am to 1pm every day throughout the festival our race week brunch includes something for all appetites, from a hearty full English/Irish breakfast or pancakes with bacon and maple syrup to lighter options such as porridge, Eggs Benedict or yogurt with berry compote. And if you’re feeling extra hungry you can sink your teeth into our very special Champions Breakfast, complete with Bavette Steak, home made hash browns, dry cured bacon, eggs (poached or fried) & mushroom served served with Perrier Jouet Champagne, our festival twist on the Mimosa, or Fresh OJ for just £25.
Alongside our delicious brunch menu we’ll also be mixing up a range of festival inspired cocktails
including a Breakfast Sour, extra special Black Velvet with Guinness, honey and Perrier Jouet Grand Brut and the twisted Mimosa using Perrier Jouet Grand Brut, fresh orange juice and a dash of Teeling Poitin
And whilst breakfast may be the most important meal of the day we believe it’s closely followed by dinner, which is why we’ll also be on hand to refuel you once the races are over. Tables can now be booked for dinner throughout race week, including our popular early evening deal of 6oz rump steak, fries, sauce and a glass of wine for just £12.50. If you’re in the mood for something more substantial we’ll naturally be offering our a la carte menu, featuring mouthwatering small plates, delectable sharing dishes and only the finest cuts of steak, all cooked exactly to your liking.
